Scottsdale area: Hot from May – November. The rest of the year it’s temperate.
Northern Arizona: Snowy and cold in winter months. The rest of the year it’s cooler than the Valley but can still get hot.

My experience in Arizona

I love Arizona. I’ve been ALL over Arizona countless times. I’ve visited all 3 national parks there: Grand Canyon NP, Saguaro NP and Petrified Forest NP. I’ve toured Northern Arizona through the White Mountains, Route 66 around Flagstaff, ate lots of great Mexican food, stood on the famed corner in Winslow, hiked in Sedona& Cottonwood, and stayed at one of the coolest historic hotels ever: La Posada. Arizona is a place that I’ll always return to. If you haven’t been, pick a place in AZ and GO!
